I am seeking reelection with the intent to continue serving the people of Washburn County by carrying out the constitutional and statutory responsibilities of a Circuit Court Judge with fairness, independence, and integrity. My intent is to apply the law impartially, ensure due process for every individual, and manage the court’s work responsibly in accordance with governing law and controlling precedent.
Drawing on my experience presiding over criminal, civil, family, and probate matters, I intend to continue exercising sound judgment developed through years of ruling on motions, managing dockets, and issuing reasoned decisions based on the facts and the law. I recognize that judicial decisions affect victims, defendants, families, and public confidence in the justice system, and I approach each matter with care, respect, and attention to the full scope of the court’s responsibilities.
My intent in seeking reelection is to maintain judicial independence, safeguard public safety within the bounds of the law, and preserve continuity and stability for the Washburn County court system. I remain committed to fulfilling the duties of this office deliberately, lawfully, and free from political influence or bias.
